You pay an hourly rate to use the equipment. We have 47 gaming PCs, all spread across general play, stage, private room and streaming PCs. We also have 5 console stations.

When you sign up for an account with us, you have to enter your birthdate. We use this information to determine what games they should not be able to play. They are able to play games above their age rating with a signed permission form from a parent or guardian.

No. Your time is saved when you log out. When you log in again, you’ll have the time you had left available for use.

The majority of today’s most-played games are installed, the vast majority of them being free to play. But if you have a game you want to install that is not installed, ask an associate about how to install it.

The majority of today’s mainstream games just require you to make a free account for the specific game: Battlenet, Epic Games, Steam, just to name a few. We’re always happy to get you set up so you can have your own account for every game.

Outside of the standard free-to-play games, you have to own a copy of it for PC and you can install it on our PCs to play it.

The streaming PC is scheduled out to people that are a part of the community. As you come by more and more and prove that you’re responsible enough to represent the Vortex brand on social media, you too can become part of that schedule.

Our membership includes $1 off of time purchased, access to our stage setups when not in use for events, a discounted rate on using the VIP room, free play from Monday – Thursday 3 P.M to 5 P.M. and whitelist in our store servers including Minecraft and Valheim currently.
